Dispatch software that finally gets it right
Most logistics software is built by people who've never dispatched a driver, handled a delivery, or worked three jobs at once for one paycheck. RyzLogix was built by someone who has.
No spam. No pitch decks. Just an honest update when we launch.
The Problem
Courier companies are overpaying for software that can't track drivers in real time, has no mandatory chain-of-custody capture, and requires separate tools for communication and mapping. We know because we use it every single day.
The Fix
RyzLogix replaces the entire stack — designed around real operational workflows, not what a software company thinks those workflows look like.
I've been the person doing the work, getting the compliment, and watching nothing change. I'm done with that.
I started as a courier driver in Houston, working alongside a major surgical division — picking up and checking in orthopedic instrument sets at hospitals across the city. When that contract changed, I moved into operations. I became the CSR, then managed Home Delivery alone while still handling on-demand orders, then stepped into dispatch when a dispatcher quit. Three roles. One paycheck. No raise for two years.
My mother built her career from CSR to General Manager across 20+ years at two courier companies. I grew up around dispatch desks without even realizing it. I know what this software gets wrong because I've lived inside every broken part of it every day.
RyzLogix isn't a theory. It's everything I wish we had — and everything operators deserve to have without paying $5,000 a month for it.
Early access for courier and last-mile companies ready to stop overpaying for software that underdelivers.
